Hi
I have my own 2001 red RHD S2000 since new, and want to buy a LHD car maybe next year.

Reason being we live in Ireland and want to travel USA coast to coast, route 66 and all that stuff. Its a retirement holiday adventure.

So I'm thinking why not buy a 2001 car in USA and head off? There might be a bit of planning for all of this and please don't trip over yourselves replying 'cos there's no rush
Oh yes and still have to sell it to my wife


Maybe you would put it on the back of the back burner and we'll be back on here in earnest nearer the time.

I have relations in Chicago/Florida and Boston who you might be talking to before we turn up.

Prefer a mostly unmodified car, no hard top, good service history more important than mileage. And red a definite plus! Wouldn't rule out other colours, everything else being ok. And we plan to sell it when the trip is done.

And before anyone jumps in, no I'm not up to taking the Northwest passage or whatever to get to USA!
