    Default Dynon .Panel in CTSW

I have taken delivery of a new CTSW with a Dynon 180 panel and am looking for ground briefing photos/display models for the instrument. Have written to Dynon, but not received any response yet.
at present I am compiling photos of the panel in various modes of flight, i.e. level flight; climbing, descending, turning, stalling, etc. to show students how to "read" the instrument panel.
I wonder if any of the CFI's have such training aids available and are willing to share/sell them, it will save me duplicating work
Does anyone have a display model or training aid displays for use during ground briefings for CTSW student pilots?
If there is a computer simulation program for the Dynon panel that can be used in the classroom, do let me know.

If none exist, I will be pleased to share the stuff I develop over the next few months.

I am pleased to say that I have a dedicated Flight Design Pilot Centre in London, UK and welcome US pilots visiting the UK to come by and say hello and if you wish to fly around London or the UK or Europe by CTSW, we can arrange renting the aircraft along with experienced instructors to show you the "ropes" of flying in UK & Europe.

Post your request over here: http://www.dynonavionics.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl

If you don't get a response in a couple of days, let me know and I'll see if I can contact a Dynon insider that can help.

    Hi Deepak,

I instruct in a CTSW as well, I have some power point slides I use to describe the Dynon panel, its based on a D100 though. I would be glad to share the slides I have as long as you don't reproduce them to sell. I'm all for helping people learning to fly. Let me know if you think it might help you out.

    Hi Eric,
thanks for the offer. I would appreciate it.
the idea is not to sell it to make a profit, simply to help students and other pilots who may have trouble RTFM (reading the flippin' manual)!
I may use your format as a basis to add D-180 slides on it and will be pleased to send it to you, or anyone else, if need be.

Eric, please send me your Power Point on the Dynon. I would like to take a look.
I have all of our flight school materials on the web site for our renters as well.
www.lsanorth.com/planning.htm holds most of the files.

Our current ground school syllabus (in progress) is here www.sticknrudder.com/2010.htm

Erm, most of the time it stays on "the gauges and efis screen", if you can identify the one I refer to; sorry I dont have the manual to hand.
But it would be fairly cost effective to loan out one or two spare colour copies or duplicate originals? If using a duplicate owners manual. you could use a highlighter marker to zoom in on the most relevant parts.
Its a good instrument; maybe too good in the sense of being a distraction to some nerdy types! Leaving it on that screen is good for 99% of the time, only time I regularly flip screens is to read (actually photograph, since it date stamps my times) the Hobbs, and hardly ever in flight. YMMV.
Maybe I'm too fixated on looking out the window!!?
