Default Looking for a reasonable priced CT

    Hi,

I am looking for a reasonable priced CT. I have wasted too much time with low prices listed, but then much higher when you contact the dealer. I am tired of being jacked around with false information. If you have a CT for sale, send me pictures, details and your best price. I have a private license and the money to buy today.

    Regards,

    Default Looking...

    I'm assuming you mean "priced".

Also would be helpful to know who's "jacking" you around. With over 5000 comments here I beleive this is a rare complaint.

Default Very Resonable 2005 CTSW in great shape!

    Hi, Robert.....

I'm a retired Air Force fighter pilot and test pilot, active in AF flight testing for 17 years. I then became a Southwest Airlines Captain, retiring from that job after another 10 years. I've been flying for 47 years, and logged front seat/left seat time in 69 different types of aircraft.

In May of 2005 I purchased one of the first CTSW's in this country. It's the classic trim scheme with the predominant red stripes, together with the smaller grey and blue stripes. It's third annual will be completed (by one of the CT dealers) next Monday, 19 May 08, and I spent quite a bit adding the mods that all the brand new ones have. I had the new firewall insulation/fire protection pad installed, the oil pressure sensor mounted on the firewall, the fuel quantity hoses replaced with the new style clear ones, etc, etc.

The aircraft has never spent a single night outside an enclosed hangar, has never had any damage, and is in pristine shape. I got every option that was offered for it....the complete night lighting package, upgraded seats, recovery chute, etc. I designed the conventional panel with all the standard round gages, an AvMap EKP-IV GPS (7 inch bright color screen), a KX-125 nav/com, a King transponder, instrument lighting w/rheostat, a Tru-Trac IIVS autopilot which will track either of 2 GPS's, altitude hold, and vertical speed, a Monroy ATD-300 air traffic warning system (with an external antenna for better performance), additional circuit breakers so that each system has its own breaker, a VHF antenna splitter (to allow your handheld radio to be used as a backup), a BRS recovery chute, black leather seats, a never used fuselage cover, two spare tires, etc. Oregon Aero seat pads and a pair of Lightspeed 30-3g active noise reduction headsets are also available.

This plane is also FAST! With just me in the cabin (225 lbs), gas, and baggage, I'm getting 125 KTAS at cruise with 5000 RPM!

And an excellent advantage for the buyer is the fact that the airplane is titled to a Delaware corporation I established. You would merely purchase all of the company's stock, thereby owning the company (which also reduces liability issues), and there would be no owner or title changes...and no sales tax!

The plane has been treated like a baby for its entire 225 hours, and I have it for sale for $89,500.

I don't think you could beat that deal anywhere. It's located near Pensacola, Florida, and I could work out some type of delivery plan with you if needed.

Let me know...I just put it up for sale, and already have 2 guys very interested.

    Best Regards, Ed @ edwdaniel@hotmail.com
