Default Partners wanted for CTLS partnership in North Palm Beach FL

I am looking for 2-3 partners to jointly search, purchase and operate a CTLS out of North Palm Beach County Airport (F45). I have put together my ideas on a little website. Check it out: MyPlane
I also encourage CTLS and CTSW owners to comment on my numbers in the cost calculator. Feedback from people who actually operate a CTLS would be most appreciated.

    Tom,
I am looking to do the exact same thing here in NJ. Although I only looked at your numbers briefly, you seem to have the details well mapped out. May I contact you directly as I move further along in the process?

Last week, John Lampson from Flight Design, provided a demo flight to me and a potential partner out of the Lakewood, NJ airport. John is a great guy and a no pressure kind of salesman. I just loved the CTLS for a variety of reasons.

Good luck with the search for partners. Your comparison with the Cessna is funny, excellent, and true!

I haven't seen very many C-172's that I couldn't out run. Maybe a 180 HP CS prop or a Hawk XP might do the trick. I even outran a Beech Sierra one time. That was Roger H's mechanic. He was surprised. So was I.
