Important Owner Information needed!

The distribution of safety of flight information for Special Light Sport Aircraft (SLSA) is different than normal category certified aircraft in that the notices and information comes from the manufacturer and not the FAA.
Flight Design USA maintains an owner database as a part of our Continuous Operational Safety Monitoring (COSM) program which allows us to contact owners for mailing this information. When an aircraft is sold, the dealer or distributor sends owner contact information to us in a timely manner.
During recent activity to disseminate safety of flight information we have found it difficult to contact some owners due to changes of address, LLC addresses and
changes of ownership that were not reported to Flight Design USA.
When an important safety of flight notice is created, the Flight Design distributor/service centers are notified immediately to contact owners and operators within their territory. The notice is then put up under Safety at the top of the www.flightdesignusa.com website. Printed copies of the notice are then sent out via U.S. mail to the names on our database.
Correct and updated contact information is crucial to our ability to contact owners or operators of Flight Design aircraft for this important information. We have stated before that it is the responsibility of owners and or operators to monitor our Safety and Owners sections of our website weekly for this as well.
If you are the second owner of an aircraft or have your aircraft registered under a remote LLC or have two homes with different mailing addresses, please contact Flight Design USA either via mail or email at the addresses below.
