Default CTsw Microsoft Flight Simulator project...

I'm having the fellows at http://www.premaircraft.com/index.html design a CTsw for Microsoft Flight Simulator for me. When done it should be much better than the two I've found on the internet - much more accurate, Dynon's available, etc.

They've given me a completion date of August...it will be available as a free download from them but THEY DO LIKE DONATIONS. I'm paying "out of pocket" to have this designed because I think it will be a worth while investment - nothing like a little practice when it's IFR out!!

Anyhow, if you're interested in the finished product please drop them a line (email) now and give them encouragement.

I also need Pictures of a "steam gauge panel" taken as near straight on to the panel as you can. I'll be sending pictures of mine in but it's Dynon. PLEASE AND THANKS.

I did a Google search without much luck. Would you care to share where you found the simulators (August is a long way off).

    Default Simulator

Several years ago when I owned the Grumman Tiger another member of the "Grumman gang" had me send him pictures of my Tiger and he developed software so that I could "fly" my Tiger on Microsoft.
    Very Neat!!! Li'l tiger

I can go out and take the pictures tomorrow. I have a Nikon D70 and a couple different macro lenses. It should be fun and it's the kind of photography I enjoy doing. If you can ask and get back to me, I can get pictures of anything else they might want. I'll be going out around 5 or 6 tomorrow.

Great project. I was real frustrated with all the models I found.

    Default Sim Pictures

    Jim,

Here's a copy of what they requested....email them to me and I will forward them.

The first thing we need, in addition to the stuff you have already sent, are photographs.

    We need:

    1. Pics of the whole aircraft in one frame taken in good light. Both sides, taken at 90º to the a/c center line. Also head on and tail on.
    2. Close ups of engine fixings, air scoops etc.
    3. Close ups of undercarriage legs and wheels
    4. Pics of the panel taken as near straight on to the panel as you can.
    5. Close ups of door fixings and inspection panels/luggage hold ( if any)
    5. General views of the inside cockpit sides and rear.
    6. Close ups of wing tip shapes.
    7. Close ups of any decals.

I made a panel to a CTSW version that I found on internet because the original was so simple.

I found two free CT models for Fs2004:

    http://home.hiwaay.net/~goodrick/Downloads.html (I prefer this one)

    http://homepage.ntlworld.com/molyned/fs ... rcraft.htm

I made a new CT panel with temperature indicator, autopilot and fuel comsumption and with a new panel photorealistic:

    Download this panel from attachment.
