A few years back when the ***** started coming into the country, I helped prep and certify 6 of them, one of which was the USA demo A/C which I flew from coast to coast. One thing I can say, there was plenty of marketing money invested and now it's starting to pay off. Couple that money to a fine handling, well-made composite LSA, such as the newer FD, and you are going to ring up sales.

Where are they? Arkansas in the incoming setup place now, consider that everything first gets registered there and then re-registered to customers, except for customers who order specific equipment, installed by the factory. Also, the FAA database is notorious for being slow to update.

    Craig

There are thirty-two GX's on the FAA site registered in Arkansas (unsold and at entry point) - those registrations are dated from 2008 through 2009. I'm sorry Craig but the FAA isn't that far behind or half the LSA's in this country wouldn't be showing up!! "Show me the money" and I'll buy off on your argument! I think a little better homework is in order here!

When I bought my plane last March, the FAA database showed it within a week of the purchase. When I subsequently changed the registration numbers, that showed up in the database in two days.

I just took another look at the FAA records, and they currently show 33 of the GX models registered to private owners, including a registration issued 2/16/2010 so the public database must not be more than 9 days behind.
