Is part 2 of the line manual available?

You can download 4 manuals:
Line Manual
Heavy Maint. Manual
Installation manual (it has some very good info)
Illustrated Parts Manual

You have to order the Overhaul Manual. This also has some good info. Be careful what you tear into and make sure you have a good understanding and the appropriate manual on hand. That said most of us will need an A&P for the work. This engine is different enough that A&P's should have a Rotax class.

Here you go,

Look to the left side of the page about half way down. You will see all the Rotax 912 manuals. You can open them and print them if you want. I printed all of them and put them in binders at the hanger.
