Default Trying to buy a ct with little money

How does a person aquire a ct with little money? I just retired and really want to be a part of the ct family. Any rich widows out there. I just recieved my private about 2 weeks ago and my next goal is to own my own LSA. I am heading to florida at the end of october for the winter and hope to excel in my goal there.
I just recieved my private and want a LSA real bad. Maybe even a partnership.

I'd look for a club plane, thats the cheapest way to go if you can find one.

It depends on how little you can afford. I've seen some for sale on Barnstormers around $80K and have been told that there is also one available out in the high-desert for less than $60K. If either of those are too high, then another way to go is to find a partner. I know that there are 3 people in LA area who pooled resources to get one. Just sharing the lowest available between 2 people would get you down to $30K or less, or with 3 down to less than $20K.

The Villages just south of Ocala is LOADED with widows and divorcees. The ratio is approx 11 ladies for 1 guy.....and they are quite aggressive there too.(from personal experience). give the Villages a try. But beware...the Villages has the highest rate of STD's in the country....good luck

The best way to keep costs down is to find 3 friends, and split 10% down 4 ways. Then you each need to come up with 90%/4, which could be financed. You'll split your fixed expenses such as annual inspections, insurance, & hangar fees, then pay only the variable costs like gas & oil. If you have questions, look me up and I'll help.

Like you folks, we offer 'partnership ownership' purchase options to our clients. We also offer a 'leaseback' package of various types, alowing some financial return along with our being able to keep an eye on their investment.

Tony, could you supply an example leaseback agreement?
