Hello,My name is Bill Bertram home is mackville wisconsin. Ill just say i love flying i have my sport pilot certificate with a fixed wing rating and a gyro plane rating i boughtmy ctsw with 170 hrs on it a year ago and now have 407hrs. i built my raf 2000 gyro and currently have 280 hrs.i recently fitted my gyro with skiis and im so very happy how they perform! Will be heading west this mid may and would love to correspond with some AZ ctsw owners about some areas to explore and possible routes to cover once leaving rapid city area to sun lakes area AZ. Want to take my time and will take up to a month to stop and ck out pretty much whatever. If anyone has any thoughts or ideas i would be most interested to hear them. I cant say enough about my ctsw i think i wanted what seamed to be the best in the light sport area and i think i made a good choice. Anyway thats my story, everyone be safeand most of all have fun, Bill

    Hey Bill... welcome!

We've got a bunch of CT devotees here in AZ, and we'll have to hook up when you get here.

    Hi Bill,

Stop into Bisbee (P04) if you get a chance. We would be more than happy to take a fellow CT'r out to a great breakfast at the "Bisbee Breakfast Club".

I was wondering how long you were going to lurk in the bushes. You better let that poor little N499CT rest once in a while. Holy crap Bill 400 hrs on her allready! I remember the day we brought her up to Shiocton for you to get a demo ride. Come down to PVB one of these days and I will show you how to land that thing like your gyro. No kidding, no headwinds and 200 ft rollouts. You can ride her down 500 ft a min at engine idle just above 40knts with all 35 flaps in. Just make sure she doesnt stutter when you goose it to stop the drop at 15' AGL.
