    Default Cruise Charging Voltage

At cruise my dynon indicates a charge voltage of 13.3 / 13.4 is that OK? I Would have thought it should be around 13.8. Without engine running and with avionics on it drops to 11.8 which is understandable but the at cruise charge voltage seems low to me. cannot find any reference to it in the manuals
