Thread: Radiator Hose Connection Leaks

We've had a couple instances where we found the gear clamp(s) loosening. Anyone else have that happen?

This common in cold weather. You may get a few drips of coolant. If this happens in warm weather you need to tighten your clamps.

Yep. Mine belches an oz of coolant or so when the temp falls by 40F or so. e.g., arctic front comes in and drops the temps to 20F. Doesn't happen in warmer temps.
