    Default Stabilator

It is still going to happen, but they are trying to get people certified to handle the number of people that need to have it done so everything doesn't end up in one person's lap. So until the training part gets a little further along we probably won't see that SB for a while. Maybe this winter.

If you were having an issue immediately they would take care of it, but I think most people are not experiencing any flutter. This is not the same little stick bump that some people feel.

What is the "stick bump"? I do notice it when I'm flying at cruising speeds and appears to be stabilator related. I've seen it mentioned a time or two but can't seem to find it. Is it dangerous?

The stick bump is the laminar air flow on the stabilator seperating and re-attaching. It has to do with how the air flows over the fuselage. It is happens more often on the SW, but the LS still has it a little. The only time you will notice it is in smooth air. Tom
