I can't find the post where some one was looking to replace or fix a camloc/Skybolt. You can find them in Aircraft Spruce book (mine says 2007-200 on page 194. You can get them slotted or phillips head. The Under the cowl locking mechanism is there too. You would have to remove the old one if you had to from under the cowl. You are right that it is molded in, but a Dremel tool and a light touch will take it out. The new lock will then be pop riveted in its place like other aircraft have them. It would have been better if FD had seen the need to replace these one day and only pop riveted them in instead of molding them in place.
