More proof I picked the right plane
Just added up my hours and fuel used the past year in my CTSW. We do 90% flight training with ours and a few personal cross country flights, with that the little CT burned an average of 3 gph of auto fuel throughout the year. On top of that I didn't have to add a drop of oil between oil changes all year and the 100hrs were not to hard on the wallet (Thanks Roger)! All that and you get great performance and fantastic curb (flight line) appeal, every flight school should have at least one CT on the line. Ok, I'll say it, I really really love this airplane!

Interesting article in AOPA this month about the R****. I infer they saw 95 knots at 5200 rpm and 5.4 gph, pitched to about 5400 wot. Thats about what my KP5 used to do. Ill take my 113 knots at 5200 and 4.5 gph any day. Plus, 40 more pounds of baggage (and space to put it), 12 more gallons of fuel, 33 more pounds of useful load and two more inches in width across the cabin! CTs rock. - WF
