    Default FD LOA forms

Here is the old FD LOA form and the new one. The new one could have a change or two as the process unfolds. Use the new one if you send any more LOA's in to FD.

Maybe I'm not using the new system correctly, but I don't see any attachments here...

Yep Bill, that makes two of us. Not like Roger to miss an attachment.

    Default LOA post

    Hi Guys,

Look again. I can see the attachments. Use the new form. Boy, you guys are getting old. Need stronger prescriptions. (:

Cleaned the bifocals, I see the files now, thanks.
I remain puzzled by the catch-22 nature of the process.
item (6) in the new form states Conformity with FD manuals and procedures.
I'd have a mechanic submit an LOA only for something new! How can it conform
    *before* FD issues the LOA?
My particular interest is for Dynon AP in a CTSW, and possibly a Duckworks
HID landing light to replace the incandescent. I have not found any prior
LOA's for those topics. Has anyone else done these?

    Hi CCCT,

#6 is for your mechanics information. His name, address, cert number and so on.
