I have a place on Conneaut Lake and several times each summer, I fly to Meadville (KGKJ) from the coast of South Carolina. During one of my trips up there this summer, I'd be happy to give your prospective partner a ride and explain why I selected the CTLS over the *****. It was ***** advertising that got me looking at light sport planes, and that was the first LSA I flew at the 2009 Light Sport Expo in Sebring . After flying the CTLS, though, I knew which plane I wanted.
Pawlander,
There are two CTs at KIDI. Give me a heads up when you are coming through and we can get together.

If anyone is interested I believe there are approximately 3 brand new CTSW's for sale in the US. Call Tom P. at FD USA and find out. It may save you some money and get you a new plane. You can also order CTSW's and they should be considerably less than an LS if you don't want to spend the bigger bucks for an LS. I don't know what a time line might be like to order one. That you will need to ask Tom P.
I had no idea there were CT's at KIDI! I often fly right over your airfield. We'll get together this summer - maybe fly in somewhere for breakfast? Carrol County, Ohio (KTSO) is my favorite breakfast airport in that part of the world. There are two CTs at KIDI. Give me a heads up when you are coming through and we can get together.
Randy,
We have been flying to 4G7,38D, KFKL, KYMO, and, the neat one, is N56 ( 3800' grass strip). Looking forward to hearing from you.

Pawlander,
Many thanks for your generous offer! I'll pass it on to him. Have flow out of Meadville many times. I'll PM you.
Roger,
Many thanks for the idea of a new CTSW. Didn't know that was an option. I'll touch base with FD.
