    Default canopy covers

Has anyone had any experience ordering canopy covers for the CT? Bruce's looks like the only source online?

    Default Fly away

Im with Arnold. I have the fly light weight for my CTLS and love how easy is to put it and the litle weight it puts for trips. I use it even in the hangar. I have the one that also cover the engine.

The Fly away cover was the first thing we bought and got it shipped to Europe. We are not only using it for travel, but also as dust protection in the hangar. Its very light and also easy to clean. Its worth every buck (They also put your call sign in it - in case it gets lost )
In summer it serves as sun protection too due to its unique material. We just don't want to be without it. Also Angel is very happy with it and I think we bought it at the same time.

I have the same cover as Globe and can confirm they are great I use mine all the time in summer it keeps cockpit cool and away from UV and prying eyes at fly-ins also keeps dust and dirt from screen also very light for touring ...I think Bruce does heavier one's for keeping plane outdoors as well ...

Flying CTSW is just great 500 hrs + now 2100 hrs total

Yesterday is history. Tommorrow is a mystery. And today? Today is a gift that's why they call it the present.

    Default Aircraft cover

Cunningham Aircraft Covers in Arlington, WA. also makes CT covers. It weighs 4-5 lbs and covers vary well. It is what I have. Ask for the original design. No water or dust can get in and it is lined with a nice soft liner so no scratching. Go on their website they have a picture of a CT with a cover.

These girls will bend over backwards for you... They are great to work with. I'm very satisfied with my cover as well.

BUT - they are called AviationCovers now and their web site is:

I have used Bruce's Covers CT cover for over a year of cross countries. I is excellent quality, fits well, easy to put on, even in a stiff breeze. Also it is light weight and easily stored in the airplane. I highly recommend using one as going cross country means blowing dust and those who are prone to throttle movements also blow stuff around. So, I don,t leave home without one.

    Enjoy, Ken Nolde

Wink CT Flyer Canopy Covers (Photo)

    Hello Gator,

Sorry I didn't see this post 'til now. I'm Sue, I work with Joang of Aviation Covers, Inc., in Arlington, WA. Her website (click link below) www.aviationcovers.com

Hope it's ok to post this info here, to answer the question for Gator & others. If not ok, Roger H., please let me know. (Hi Roger!)

Yes, Joang makes the CTSW Canopy Cover, and has a new pattern for the CTLS that we just designed at the Light Sport Aviation show in Sebring, Florida last January (2009). With the help of Jacksonville Florida Dealer, Don Dymer, we took suggestions of Don and his crew and made a pattern to fit the CTLS. We do not have photos yet of the CTLS, but hope to get one very soon. Don Dymer has one though, first one we made and likes it. He is one of our Dealers now, and will answer any questions regarding quality. His website is: www.Fly-US.com

Joang has about (10) of the CTLS Canopy Covers in stock now & on "Inventory Reduction Sale" too, here is a link (please click below)
    http://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/rvs/1556544107.html

Cover depicted in photo is APF fabric, heavier weight. She has lightweight covers in stock too, like Roger Lee and Roger H. have.

By the way, thanks for the positive remarks Roger Lee and Roger H., you guys are great!
    Kind regards,
    Sue
