    Default Wooden Model?

If you can remember back to the old forum, I asked about a supplier for wooden desktop models of the CTLS. Somebody PM'd me (can't remember?) and they gave Factorydirectmodels.com a recommendation. I went with them and I found it very simple, automated and bulletproof. They just emailed me after a couple of months and said that it's finished. Here's a copy of one of the pics for your viewing.

PS, there are a few little things out of scale, but not enough of a problem for me. (The winglets look like they're made for an Airbus size-wise, the exhaust stack is a little long, etc) I can live with them...

    Default Very Cool

    John,

That's pretty cool looking. I wonder how much of a problem it would be to get them to do an sw?

    I think i'll look'em up!

    Hi,
I checked their Webpage today and I was so impressed, that I ordered a CTLS Model. It is very simple to do, just fill their form with your data and they proceed. They do any plane according to your with. I Asked to have a copy of the recently made CTLS but I was told that each order is done from scrap and they don't have any molds. It would have been easy just to change the color scheme and the call sign, but they have to do it all over. Before shipping they will send photos so that I still can make adjustments if necessary. It will be a nice Christmas present for us!
Number of Starts and Landings are the still the same!
