If you watch this film you'll see a box between the two seats in this CTLS. Looks like fuel selector, cross feed, etc. stuff to me!

The bladder located on the pilots seat is an extra fuel tank. The box on the centre console contains a series of valves to feed into the normal fuel system.
I use the same collapsible bladders when travelling away from home to transport 98 octane Mogas from the gas stations when refuelling. They are certified for aviation fuel carriage so it doesn't hurt your insurance. See... www.turtlepac.com/collapsibleair.htm
Sorry, posted the wrong link for our aircraft bladders. See...http://www.turtlepac.com/sportair.htm
I spent a few days with one of the engineers who is doing some of the modifications to the planes and he told me that with the 80kg fuel in the cabin and the extended fuel tanks built in the wings, the total fuel capacity is about 100 US gallons. The CG will not change much during the flight. He also mentioned that no structural changes were needed to carry this increased weight. By the way- there will be no autopilots in the planes.
I'm very close to swiss, i hope to see that Ct in italy maybe at an air show
