My particular posture and body build make the seating in my CT somewhat uncomfortable on longer flights. I tend to get pain in my buttock from an old motorcycle injury. I purchased a NORAL seat cushion (seat and back) from MARV GOLDEN @ approx. $55. It fits perfectly and is quite comfortable. I am 6'3" and 200 lbs. The 3" seat cushion raises me several inches without adversely affecting headroom, and actually improves my forward vision. The back features a horizontal lumbar support. There is still additional travel in the seat to permit me to move it aft a notch, if I decide that is needed. This cushion was designed to fit Cessna 150/152 seats and is of excellent quality. The black cordura nylon seat covers perfectly match my black leather seats. Other colors are available. This seat would be ideal for height-challenged (short) pilots . I'm not yet sure this will improve my comfort, but I'll soon know .
