Thread: AutoPilot Pixel issues

In less than one year we are on the second TruTrack display. The last one only lasted about 2 months before pixels started dying on it, 6 months and now its barely readable. Is this a known issue or is there any upgrade? Are we doing something wrong?

Hi James,

A CT owned by a student of mine had three displays replaced with the same issues. I think there have been quite a few of them. Tru Track has been very good about replacing them from what I have seen. The last display had more of an amber tint to it vs the green one and seems to be holding up better.

I 2nd that. They replaced my display with the amber one and it looks great............so far.

I have the same problem but have not yet tried to fix it. 3 years old now so probably no warranty help. WF
