I saw Roger Lee's posts over at the Dynon website, but haven't seen any updates for months. Anyone know what's going on and when/if FD will bless a installation?

Lockwood was testing a Dynon auto pilot i a CT. The proper torque I believe from Dynon is the 32. You can call Lockwood and see how everything is going. You will have to call FDUSA, but I don't see a reason why you couldn't get approval.
There is a CTsw / LS install coming.

John,
I know you have been testing a Dynon auto pilot in a CT. How is it going?
Hi,
Has anyone managed to install the Dynon autopilot? Is there an LOA for it ?
It's been quiet here for months. I looked at servo applications over at Dynon,
and no CT's are listed yet.

My hanger mate just put a Dynon auto pilot in his Rans Coyote. Lockwood has installed one in Florida. I believe we use the model SV32. You should be able to get approval. If I were a betting man I would bet that FD starts installing them at the factory.
Dynon AP servos should be the same dimensions and use the same mounting brackets as the TruTrak servos used in the CT. There was much unhappiness between TruTrak and Dynon over this - TruTrak doesn't sell servo brackets by themselves anymore. Hmmm....![]()
