Thread: New SPOT stuff

As promised, SPOT has added some great new features to their product...

You can now let friends & family track you with just one click - it's no longer necessary to have them login to your account and go through a bunch of clicks. The new feature is called "Share" and is a new tab on the main screen. Besides being quick and convenient, you aren't exposing your account information (or settings) to other people. You define a share page, deciding which Messenger unit(s) you want to display, and what kind of information you want to show. You can even set a viewing password. You can send the link out, or there is an automated wizard that will do it for you.

The Shared display is great, allowing sorting and selection. It looks like the feature automatically shows the last 24 hours of activity.

Also, they've made changes so you can display time in local time, instead of Zulu.
