FYI, Dynon is announcing an autopilot function for the D100/120/180 series EFIS. The existing EFIS can drive new servos ($750/ea) with a software upgrade. Several different autopilot "modules" for the panel will be available, placing dedicated keys for the AP functions rather than having to use the EFIS keys, as well as providing separate AP mode annunciations (a Good Thing in my mind).

Dynon also says that their AP servos are identical to TruTrak's in size and mounting hole spacing. I doubt that we will see FD abandon the TruTrak products, particularly since TruTrak developed the CT Pilot just for FD.
