Hello from Florida,

I wanted to drop a line and let you know that I may be able to help with a location for a fly-in in the east. I am located in North Florida, and think the nearby town of Live Oak, FL may work out as a great choice.

My family owns and operated the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park (http://www.musicliveshere.com) where we have a beautiful 600+ acres on the Suwannee River. In addition to the 30+ cabins we have, there are hundreds of campsites, a meeting hall, restaurant, and sports club. Check out the website for more.

We are ideally suited for both flying and driving, with the Suwannee County airport nearby (24J), and both I-10 and I-75 within 5 miles for those driving in. That coupled with the large population of CT's in FL (there are two in Suwannee County), and we have the makings for a great event.

My family is in the event business full-time, tho we only limited experience in aviation. We host in excess of 30 music events, and hundreds of smaller events each year. Personally, I am an air traffic controller in Jacksonville, and will have somewhat limited time to dedicate to the event. I do think that with the resources we have here, that we can pull it off in style.
